Cancellation & Refund Policy.

At CE 360, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Course Creation & CE Concierge Subscription Services
    If you wish to cancel a service prior to the commencement of work, you may do so by providing written notice via email to abby@ce360services.com. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of service are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative or application fees.

  • Ongoing Subscriptions
    For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellations can be made at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription term. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • A La Carte Services
    Cancellations for a la carte services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the agreed service start date. Cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Course Creation & CE Concierge Subscription Services
    Full refunds, minus any non-refundable application fees, are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no work has commenced. If work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the completed portion of the service.

  • Ongoing Subscriptions
    Refunds are not available for ongoing subscription services. Clients may choose to cancel the subscription at any time, but services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • A La Carte Services
    For a la carte services, refunds will only be issued if the service is canceled more than 48 hours before the start of the service. After this period, refunds are not available.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

To cancel a service or request a refund, please email us at abby@ce360services.com with your request. Be sure to include your name, service purchased, and the reason for cancellation or refund.

Once your request is received, our team will review it and process any eligible refunds within 10-14 business days.
